Who: Our BTB team is staffed by team members who are committed to providing the best products and services at the best possible pricing. Our owner has been in the special events industry for 50+ years, our president over 22 years and our sales and production team have well over 20 years of experience.What: Ten departments with an extensive collection of both standard and very unique products that are unequalled at any of our competitors. With one phone call, you have all your needs satisfied whether it be rentals, props, catering, beverages, entertainment, floral, on and on. If we dont have it, well custom build it for you or sub-rent it.When: We are available; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have a problem were going to be there for you.Where: BTB takes pride in covering the entire Southwestern U.S. With our large fleet and experienced staff, BTB can handle multiple events in many different locales. From beach settings, mountaintops, deserts, oceans, building rooftops even aircraft carriers, weve done it all. Yet, if youve got something even more uniquegive us a call, we love the challenge.

Bob is founder and Chairman of BTB Events, Inc., aka Best of the Best Event Productions.Bob was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in Northern Wisconsin. He attended the University of Wisconsin where he majored in commerce and psychology. In 1963, he moved to Southern California. Robert undertook a number of different career challenges which included work with several New York Stock Exchange companies an executive assistant position with an international firm in Paris, France, and a stint with an employment agency. His caring for the career guidence and problems with multiple applicants he interviewed led to writing his best selling book; Manager's Guide to Successful Job Hunting. It was published by the #1 publisher in the world; Mc Graw-Hill. The book was featured in 3 professional book clubs.In addition to Bob's full time jobs, he continued to work in the special events industry. His successes in this area caused him to seriously consider establishing a consulting company in the industry. Those efforts resulted in clients asking for "quality" rental products that the industry refused to offer. The rental company owners challenged him with "if you think you can do better, why don't you set up your own company?" Bob accepted the challenge and with help of a great team, BTB has grown into its present status and location which is in a 35,000 sq. ft. facility with over 550,000 cu. ft. of quality products and full time service oriented staff of 65+ team members.Bob credits the success of BTB to the continued commitment to excellence as both products and services found in BTB's true name: Best of the Best.

Jose Hernandez President

Jose began his career at BTB Events in 1990 as a member of our warehouse staff. His interests in the special events industry soon became a passion for service, excellence, and quality. It became very obvious to BTB's management that Jose deserved an opportunity in management.For a number of years Jose supervised our operations team in the growth of the company to the extent that management offered him an opportunity to move into corporate management, where he is now president and CEO. Jose is married to his wife Maria, and the proud father of four children; Angel, Joseph, Kelyn, and Brayden.

Marty Raymondo

Marty Raymondo (Creative Director) has his Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the Art Institute of California. For the past 20 years Marty has been designing sets and costumes on the Los Angeles and Orange County theater circuit with such theater companies as Musical Theater West, Fullerton Civic Light Opera, 3D Theatricals, and McCoy Rigby Entertainment. In 2005 Marty began working as a production designer in the film industry on student, independent and short films. Sense April 2011 Marty has been utilizing his knowledge and skills to design detailed and creative environments for BTB Event Productions.

David Fitzpatrick

David Fitzpatrick has recently joined the full event production team as a new representative and technical specialist at BTB. David has participated in the event industry for over eight years. He has been involved in many aspects of social and corporate event production. His experience consists of event photography, entertainment videography, and both lighting and sound design. As one of the industry's leading event photographers, David's father and mentor, John Fitzpatrick, inspired in his son the desire to create meaningful relationships while satisfying all of their lighting and event production needs. Prior to his employment in the event industry, David worked in the Los Angels County and and Orange County theatre circuit as a lighting and sound technician, scenic artist and fabricator.IN HIS OWN WORDS: "Having grown up in the industry, acquiring years of experience, and feeling the sense of accomplishment that comes with contributiong to the success of several companies, I am excited to begin working with BTB. Providing assistance and creativity in every facet of your events will not only give me the chance to aid in event design, but will also guarantee that your vision shines through the equipment, props, and rentals that come from BTB."

Jeannie Moore

Jeannie is an industry veteran with over 21 years of award winning special event production experience. After 2 years of Hospitality sales, Jeannie applied her Four Season Hotel Training and attention to detail and owned 2 companies: Marquis Events in Los Angeles and California Event Productions in Orange County. She has produced and designed over 600 Weddings and events for discriminating clients including the Ritz Carlton Marina Del Rey, Four Season Hotel- Beverly Hills, Christian Slater, Connie Sellica, Barbara Streisand,Slash,iWerks Entertainment, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society,CNN, Make a Wish Foundation, Lauras House, Seligman Entertainment, Sister toSister Foundation, Ossur North America, Brit Week, and the Christopher and Dana Reeves Foundation, to name a few. As Executive Director she produced the 4 day, International Giant Screen Cinema Association Conference and Film Festival (including 3 themed events and a Closing Gala ) in Los Angeles for 8 years consecutively. Currently an active member of Meeting Planners International, Jeannie is proud to be a part of the creative BTB Events Production team.

Joey Isaksen

A southern California native, Joey Isaksen has been exposed to the creative and fun side of life since day one. A graduate of the Art Institute of California - Orange County with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, he puts his space planning and color theory studies to use at BTB. In addition, he brings a background of experience with residential interior and lighting design gained through his positions held at the Laguna Design Center.Joey also enhances BTB's full event production services by creating detailed floor plans as well as 3d rendered images of proposed spaces before any order is finalized.IN HIS OWN WORDS: "My favorite moments at BTB are when you get to see a design go from sketches on paper to real life spaces, followed by my client telling me this is better than they could have imagined."

John Eichenmuller serves as the "Event Marketing Specialist" at BTB, with over 30 years experience in both event planning and production! John brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in live events and event marketing. He brings specific knowledge and expertise in sound systems, lighting systems and staging along with broadcast quality video, photography and multimedia production.John's no stranger to trade shows and corporate events, having created robust audio visual content, interactive kiosks and large scale digital signage for numerous high profile clients that exhibit and produce events on a regular basis. These clients represent the best of breed companies in the technology, pharmaceutical and automotive industries along with numerous organizations and associations.Combining an interactive multimedia showcase with décor, props and catering will capture the attention of clients at convention centers, hotels and every type of venue from Los Angeles to New York!When it comes to a new technology product launch, a medical/dental breakthrough, or a new concept vehicle unveiling, you want the BEST of the BEST team working diligently on your behalf! Jose has been a BTB team member since 1996, but his background in event production dates back to 1982. With knowledge and experience in the fields of event production, bartending, and catering he can cover the majority of an event from start to finish. His vast experience in the industry is a valuable asset to the success of BTB's events.

Perrin earned a bachelors degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Political Science from Chapman University. She began at BTB as an intern and transitioned into the position of event producer. She has deeply valued creativity her whole life as she grew up surrounded by artists.Perrin especially enjoys focusing on the details in her events. The social event aspect of her position at BTB is where she excells, because she loves the challenge of transforming spaces into memorable moments.

Robert Bates

Robert Bates Event Producer/AV/Light/Sound rbates_btb-events.com

Robert has a senior business background in musical instrument and electronics sales, major event operations, and live A/V production. In addition, he brings extensive experience in live event internet media streaming with him, which enables instant "live" global event sharing. Robert loves to kick out sock-hoppin' rockabilly music on guitar and vocals with his son Aaron on bass whenever an audience calls.He served manufacturer and retail members of the "National Association of Music Merchants" (NAMM) in the implementation of international standardized product identification, retail store technologies, and supply chain management efficiencies. NAMM is the largest international musical instrument trade show organization, hosting their annual Anaheim show each January drawing nearly 100,000 attendees.He has held management positions for "Guitar Center" in both sales and operations during their earliest growth from just a handful of California pre-consumer stores, to the largest national musical instrument retailer. Robert was part of the G.C. grand opening team, and played a primary driving role in the development of music products supply chain standards.

Selina Grande

Selina has always been a creator and a visionary from the time she could walk and talk. If you present her with a blank canvas, she can create any type of event you can imagine!Event Planner, Selina Grande, found her niche in the event planning world at a young age. From her early years of working for her familys catering company, she quickly learned that she had an eye for detail and a passion for planning social gatherings of all levels.Fast-forward, Selina became a Certified Event Planner and attained an internship with BTB Productions, a full service event production house. Selinas expertise quickly moved her up the ranks at BTB and soon she was planning events from corporate to social, to weddings fit for a Princess!Selina prides herself on her ability to take her creativity to the next level! Whether given a blank canvas and being able to create the most creative of elements or whether it be a client with a vision in mind, Selina can listen to the vision and execute it with the greatest of ease. This past year Selina worked on events, such as Quiksilver, Fox Racing, Sutra Night Club, Pacific Festival, Skechers Shoes, CHOC Tinkerbell Guild, numerous weddings, and assisted with a million dollar wedding at the Montage Resort in Laguna Beach.In 2010, Selina planned over 70+ events she is excited to see where 2011 will take her, as her clients keep coming back for her creative services.
